At the Memory Training Center, we offer service for:
1) Healthy adults who want to improve their daily memory, focus,
recall, and mental clarity.
2) Healthy adults with family history of dementia, and who are
worried about the future of their memory.
3) Patients who are diagnosed with any type of dementia including
Alzheimer's, vascular dementia, FTD, and Parkinson related
dementia.
4) Patients who are diagnosed with Mild Cognitive Impairment
(MCI)
5) Patients with previous Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) who want to
improve their brain clarity.
6) Menopausal women who want to reclaim their sharpness and
confidence at work as well as at every day activities.
7) Professionals, college students, and adults who suffer attention
and focus changes.
First Evaluation:
Opening The Relation (OTR) Session:
It is offered to all clients before enrolling in a program. This session is intended to obtain your baseline evaluation, including limited medical history, reviewing records if indicated, understanding your objectives, and discussing a program for your needs.
This session is a 40 minutes session, and it is offered in-person and virtually.
Individual Session:
Each session is offered at intervals determined by the client's needs. Preferably 1-3 sessions weekly. Session lasts 30 minutes and it is offered in-person and virtually.
The 12- Sessions To A Better Memory
Each sessions lasts 30 minutes, total of 12 sessions, with variable schedule between 1-3 sessions/week. These sessions offer different testing and quizzes and tools that address different cognitive domains with primary focusing on patient's needs. There will be several evaluations of your progress through the program. These sessions are offered in-person and virtually.
The 16-Sessions Toward Transformation.
Each sessions lasts 30 minutes, total of 16 sessions, with variable schedule between 1-3 sessions/week. These sessions offer different testing and quizzes and tools that address different cognitive domains with primary focusing on patient's needs. There will be several evaluations through the program. These sessions are offered in-person and virtually.
Booster Session:
Upon completing either program, clients are encouraged to have booster sessions of 30 minutes each at intervals determined by their needs, typically at 3 months, 6 months, and at one year.
